Oakville Online Academy does not issue refunds. Once enrolled, our administration undertakes many tasks, such as activates the student account, completes the enrollment, contracts the teacher, establishes student files, tracks the enrollment for Ministry purposes, etc. Even if the student does not begin the course, the work in our school is almost completed.
International Tuition Fees: In order to continue to provide the same quality of service to our International students with no Visa, a $650 additional tuition fee has been added to each course.

Reminder: If you are not a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident, please email a photo of your passport or government ID to admissions@oakvilleeacademy.com after completing the registration process to finalize your application.
Prerequisite Requirement
Most courses do have prerequisities. You are required to submit a copy of your report card or transcripts that show you have earned a credit in the required prerequisite courses, before your registration can be complete with Oakville Online Academy. In some cases Government issued photo ID may be required as well. Refund Policy
Please note that there are NO refunds through Oakville Online Academy, as the school has already incurred expenses upon registration. Students can, however, request in writing to transfer to another available Oakville Online Academy course within 7 days of their initial registration, provided that the student has the prerequisite for the course they wish to transfer into. Note: Only one course change will be allowed and only if no work has been submitted in the original course.
